Greg A. Kennedy, President
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Greg founded Lord Wellington Investments as an independent investment advisory firm.  It was Greg’s vision to create a one-stop financial center that coordinated all of a client’s tax, financial, and investment needs under one roof.

Greg graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 1984.  In addition, Greg passed multiple rigorous exams to receive the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College in 2007.

Subsequent to his college graduation, Greg worked for several public accounting firms in Louisiana and North Carolina.  Prior to starting his own public accounting practice, Greg worked in the management group at KPMG Peat Marwick in Greensboro, North Carolina where he specialized in financial institutions and investment entities.

Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ashton A. Kennedy, Vice President of Administration

Ashton serves as Vice President of Administration for our Firm. Ashton coordinates all functions of client administration and serves as the Firm’s specialist in providing insurance solutions to our clients. Ashton is extremely adept at providing entrepreneurial advise to our business clients.

Ashton graduated with honors in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2018. Ashton is very involved in the local community spearheading charitable activities.
